1. Can I use CenterOnline if I manage a center with multiple campuses?
CenterOnline is capable of managing multi-campus centers while still providing decentralized roles and flexibility of work to all users. Center administrators can monitor the operational status at each campus in detail using a multitude of parameters.
2. Does CenterOnline have a mobile app for center administrators?
At the moment, CenterOnline does not come with an App for Center Administrator, but we do provide apps for Parents and Teachers. Rest assured, Center Administrator can still easily monitor the whole school and export reports from the web-based interface.
3. Can Parents use the web version of CenterOnline?
Yes. CenterOnline comes with an App version for Parents to follow their children’s information more quickly and conveniently. However, Parents can still opt to use the Web version, for example when helping their children to do online tests and assignments.
4. What kinds of information can the Center Administrator(s) see?
Center Administrators are assigned the highest level of authority on the system. They can view and export center-wide reports regarding Teaching-Learning activities, Finance and Billing, Student and User information, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Additionally, they can manage value-added services and interact directly with different user groups. Other countries for country-specific integration. 5. When using CenterOnline, is my Center entirely dependent on the software provider for system and user support?
Not at all! CenterOnline makes it easy and intuitive for everyone to use our system and app with minimal technical support. Furthermore, at the start of the service, CenterOnline organizes online training sessions for each specific user group (Teachers, Administrators and Parents) to ensure Centers are well-capable of operating on their own. If there’s any problem, our customer support email and chat are available Monday through Friday to provide extra assistance to your Center.
6. Is it difficult to use CenterOnline?
Using CenterOnline is truly no brainer. 7. Do I have to worry about Internet security and user information privacy when using CenterOnline?
Before the Center officially starts to use our services, both parties will sign a Service Agreement Contract that includes specific provisions on the confidentiality of user information and privacy protection. We regularly update our data protection measures to ensure highest possible level of Internet security and user information privacy for all our customers. 8. How long does it take for a center to start using CenterOnline?
Once a service contract is finalized, CenterOnline’s Customer Service team will guide Center Administrators in creating your own center profile and user accounts on the system. It will take 3-7 working days for CenterOnline to complete the set-up and user training for Administrators, Teachers & Parents. After that, CenterOnline is ready for use in your center!
9. How does CenterOnline support online Learning and Testing activities?
CenterOnline software and app has been integrated with popular online learning systems like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet to create online classes. Centers can also choose to use eLearn, CenterOnline’s proprietary LMS function, to pre-allocate their curriculum, create and host online assessments, tests and create learning schedules for students.
For English language centers, our eLearn LMS comes with built-in ELSA API to enable students practice their English pronunciation. Do contact us for further consultation on this feature and on-demand app integration.
10. How does CO support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities?
As of 2022, all 350 plus centers using CenterOnline’s CRM module are saying that it helps their centers maintain a truly professional and streamlined Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process. Using CRM module, Centers can easily save and access records of all present and previous Customer/Student Care activities, receive reminders for necessary follow-up action, and many more.
11. How is payment done via the app?
In Vietnam, CenterOnline has integrated popular e-wallet and online payment app like G-Pay, 9Pay, allowing parents to make payments for their children’s tuition fee to Centers directly on the app. We are working with payment portal providers in other countries for country-specific integration.
